ACUdRAW 50 SAfeTy INSTRUCTIONS

Your ACUdraw 50 draw-cord handles contain powerful neodymium magnets inside them that may

interfere with the operation of pacemakers or other medical implants in close proximity to them.

If you have such an implant, check with your cardiologist before you use the cocking mechanism to

determine if the magnets are a hazard to you.

The magnets make the handles adhere to the butt stock when the cocking mechanism is not in use. If your cardiologist advises

you not to use the ACUdraw 50 because of the neodymium magnets, it is possible to have someone remove the magnets for

you. If you have the magnets removed, the handles will either hang loosely during storage or possibly rattle when inserted into

the handle receiver ports in the mechanism’s housing. To keep the handles from hanging or rattling, you could use male and

female adhesive-backed Velcro strips or double-sided tape as an alternative to the magnets.

When using the ACUdraw 50, make sure your foot is securely inside the foot stirrup. Otherwise it could slip out when cocking

the bow and cause serious injury.

To prevent damage to the crossbow or injury to yourself or others near you, remove the hooks from the bowstring and return

them to the unit housing before firing the crossbow.

To prevent injury to yourself or others, or damage to your crossbow, read

this manual along with all other operating and safety instructions included in

your crossbow package before assembling, loading or using the crossbow.
