HD4070 PROCEDURE
1. Turn off the power to the power supply.
2. Install the replacement PC board in to the power supply and attach all electrical connections.
3 Attach the volt meter to measure the arc voltage between power supply I/O board bus bars as shown
below.

Set volt meter to
measure 100-500 VDC.
