Brush beef with melted margarine or butter. Place on the low rack
over the metal tray and glass tray. After cooking, let stand covered
with foil for 10 minutes.

Brush lamb with melted margarine or butter. Place on the low rack
over the metal tray and glass tray. After cooking, let stand covered
with foil for 10 minutes.

Brush whole chicken with melted margarine, butter or seasonings, if
desired. Place the whole chicken on the metal tray on the glass tray.
When BEEP, drain the juices and turn food over immediately. After
cooking, let stand covered with foil 10 minutes.
