Step 5. Remove trim flange.
Step 6. Remove receptacle barrier.
NOTE: Make sure that the carpet cutout is a 7" [177mm] dia. cutout.
If the carpet cutout is not 7" [177mm] diameter, use template
which is provided on the back of this instruction sheet to
make the correct opening in the carpet.
Step 7. Install new receptacle barrier.
Step 8. Feed communication jacks through the trim
flange and snap into place. Attach trim flange
to stem assembly with the four #6-32
screws provided
