Handy Recumbent Assembly Procedures

Step 1:

Take out all parts in the box: (1) seat assembly

(seat chasis, cushion pad, seat fabric support),

(2) rear wheels x 2, (3) front frame assembly,

(4) foot rest assembly, (5) main frame and (6)

flag.

Step 7:

Important Safety Checklist!

Check and make sure that all clamps and QR are properly tightened.

Always wear a helmet and abide by all traffic regulations and courtesies!

Important Maintenance Checklist!

1st service inspection after at most 300 km or at latest one months after purchase,

repeat every 3 months.

Parts need lubrication: chain, headset, bearings.

Parts prohibit lubrication: seatpost, seat tube, adjustable stem, rims.

Repeat lubrication every half month or after at most 150 km ride.

Apply lubrication immediately after washing or riding in rainy day.

Accessories:

Upper left to lower right (7) seat belt, (8) fixing

plate w/bolts for foot rest and rear axle, (9) foot

rest velcro strap x 2, (10) shifter instruction, (11)

rear wheel axle and hub cap x 2, (12) paint bottle,

(13) steering spring set and (14) semicircle main

frame fixing plate and clamp set.

Step 2:

Assemble the

hand pedals,

gear shifter

at right.

Step 6:

Assemble the rear axle to the

main frame.

Insert the skewer thru the rear

hub and into the rear axle, put

on the hub cover.

Assemble main frame to front

frame assembly, clamp top

and bottom.

Turn the front wheel left and

insert the spring set, turn the

wheel back and tighten.

Assemble the foot rest and apply the velcro

strap.

Step 8:

Assemble the seat chasis to the

main tube at the desired position

and tighten all bolts.

Step 8 (cont’d):

Apply the seat fabric support, seat belt and cushion pads.

Step 9:

Set up the red flag and you are

ready to go. Before riding, make sure

all bolts are properly tightened.
