IFMOVE mudguard installation
Step 1
Take the mudguard set out of the box (contents:
mudguards (F&R), M5x20mm bolt*2, OD10mm
washer*5, OD13mm washer*2). Prepare one M5
hex wrench. Step 2 Install the front mudguard (short) Release
the tire air, tighten the mudguard with bolt &
washers (3~4pcs) to the front fork through the flat
tire. Adjusting the washer number & position if
necessary (small pic).
Step 3
Release the bolt as illustrated. Take the outside grey
and black thick washers out Step 4
Fit the front mudguard in position, tighten back the
bolt with one OD13mm washer.
Step 5 Install the rear mudguard (long)
Tighten the bolt to the rear fork with one OD10mm
washer. Step 6
Release the upper bolt of brake caliper as illustrated
Step 7 Take the thick black washer out and fit the
mudguard support. Tighten back the bolt with one
OD13mm washer. Step 8
Pump the front tire and the bike is ready to ride.
