Overview of faults and their possible causes for the indoor unit charge pump

Indicator light does not illuminate

Indicator light lights up permanently

Indicator light flashes

Meaning

Remedial measures

The pump does not run

A fuse or circuit breaker in the

installation has blown/tripped.

Replace the fuse/reset the circuit

breaker. Check whether there is a

power supply in the specified area.

The residual current device (RCD)

or fault voltage circuit breaker was

tripped.

Reset the RCD or circuit breaker.

Check whether there is a power

supply in the specified area.

The pump may be defective.

Replace the pump.

The pump does not run

The pump was switched off.

Possible causes:

1. By the button

2. External ON/OFF switch

switched off

3. Using the bus signal.

1. Switch on the pump using the

button.

2. Switch on the external ON/OFF

switch.

3. Switch on the pump using

the bus signal.

The pump was switched

off due to a fault.

Power failure.

Check whether there is a power

Disassemble pump and clean

The pump may be defective.

Replace the pump.

The pump runs, but is

faulty.

Pump is faulty but still able to

continue running.
