type = 0 for YcbCr buffer formatted as follows. Y plane first 768*576 bytes. Cb plane next
768*576/4 bytes. Cr plane next 768*576/4 bytes.
type = 1 for RGB8 buffer.
board
Board number in system.
Returns
0 if success, negative if error.
