8. On the Security tab, in the Access Permissions group, click Customize, then
click Edit.
9. Click Add.
10. Click Advanced.
11. Click Locations .
12. Select the location of the user that you will assign to any accessor of the router
control web pages within IIS (see IIS configuration below), e.g. the local machine
name or the network domain name. Typically this would be the local machine
name. Click OK
