MAINTENANCE
DAILY BEFORE/AFTER OPERATION
Brush away any chips or other debris with a soft bristle brush.
Check all parts for cracks, burrs, etc.
Remove the (4) four Angular Offset Adjusting Screws.
Check the spherical bearing surface for burrs and/or other defects.
Do not reuse any parts that show evidence of cracking, bending or over stressing.
Wipe the Miter Mandrel down with a lightly oiled rag.
Apply a very thin film of general-purpose grease or anti-seize to the spherical sur-
face.
Oil all of the Screws and threads, and reassemble in the reverse order of disassem-
bly.
