SOS RX (Monitor Mode)
This field enables SOS frames to be detected at a host site in LM monitor
mode. Each DLCI is tested every 1 to 10 seconds in a mask scenario for SOS
frames received. It can take five to ten minutes to detect these frames
depending on the amount of traffic. The default is Disable.
