Playing Still Picture Files

(JPEG format)

Still picture files in JPEG format recorded on CD-R/CD-RW
discs, picture CDs and Fujicolor CDs can be played as slide
shows on the S-102.

Creating JPEG Files Compatible on the

S-102

• Writing software format: “ISO9660 level 1”.
See the writing software’s instructions.
• Displayable characters: “Hankaku” English letters and numbers,

capital letters and _ (underscore).

• JPEG files written on Macintosh computers cannot be played.
• The order in which the JPEG files are played may differ from the

order you expect because the writing software may change the
position of the folders or files when writing them on the CD-R/CD-
RW disc.

• Depending on the writing conditions and software, it may not be

possible to play or properly display some files.
