TxPORT standalone units are designed for desktop opera-
tion. This mounting kit allows the standalone unit to be
mounted into a standard 19-inch (33.02 cm) or 23-inch
(58.42 cm) rack.
Supplied Materials
• A metal casing to support the unit.
• A 19-inch or 23-inch plate that attaches to the rack.
• Four large screws that attach the casing to the plate.
• Four small screws that attach the plate to the rack.
Installation
1. Insert the unit rear first into the metal casing as shown in
the figure below.
2. Connect the casing assembly to the 19-inch or 23-inch
plate using the smaller screws. When the mounting plate
is attached to the metal casing, the unit cannot be pulled
out of the casing.
3. Attach the assembly to the rack using the larger screws as
shown in the figure below.
