Network Connection Settings Menu

Name Description

Connection Types

Two options: Static IP and DHCP. DHCP is the default
setting. It is used to obtain the parameters of IP Address,
Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS. If Static IP is
enabled, the phone will use the IPv4 parameters configured in
Network Connection Settings menu.

IP Mode

Two options: IPv4 and IPv6. IPv4 is the default setting. When
the phone is enabled Static IP, it will use the configured IPv4
address. If IPv6 is enabled as well as Static IP, the phone will
use the configured IPv6 address.

Network IPv4 Address

When the phone is enabled Static IP and IPv4, it will use the
configured IPv4 address.

Network IPv6 Address

When the phone is enabled Static IP and IPv6, it will use the
configured IPv6 address.

Network Mask

When the phone is enabled Static IP, it will use the configured
subnet mask.

Network IPv4 Gateway
Address

When the phone is enabled Static IP and IPv4, it will use the
configured IPv4 gateway address.

Network IPv6 Gateway
Address

When the phone is enabled Static IP and IPv6, it will use the
configured IPv6 gateway address.

Primary DNS Address

When the phone is enabled Static IP, it will use the configured
primary DNS address.

Secondary DNS Address

When the phone is enabled Static IP, and the configured
primary DNS address is unavailable, it will use the configured
secondary DNS address.

VLAN Settings Menu

Name Description

VLAN Type

Two options: None and Static. The default is None.
If Static is enabled, the phone will use the configured Voice
VLAN ID and VLAN Priority in the TCP/IP stack, so that every
Ethernet frame sent to network will contains VLAN tag.

VLAN Priority

The phone’s 802.1Q VLAN priority. The default value is 0.

VLAN ID

The phone’s 802.1Q VLAN identifier. The default value is 2. The
range is from 1 to 4096.
