Select "EDIUS 5 (SetupManager)", and click
[Remove].

Check on the component to uninstall, and click
[Next].
[HSX-E1] (HDSPARK)
[HTX-E1] (HDTHUNDER)
Uninstallation starts.

Click [Finish].
The computer will reboot. Uninstallation is completed.
Alternative
Click "Start" menu, then click "All programs" → "Canopus" → "EDIUS 5"
→ "Uninstall". Check the items to uninstall and click [Next].
