Establish conventions
These services are distributed on different machines in the system. They would not
normally run on any one machine, as explained in
“Accessing services” on page 55 .
The NewsBrowse system also depends upon Microsoft Internet Information Services
(IIS) and SQL services. SmartBin encoders also need vbrCacheService and
vbrSmartBinsService
