- After striking a foreign object. Inspect the lawnmower for damage and make repairs before

restarting and operating the lawnmower.

- If lawnmower starts to vibrate abnormally (check immediately).

§ Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire, make sure that all moving parts have

come to a complete stop and, where a key is fitted remove the key:

- Whenever you leave the lawnmower.

- Before refuelling.

§ Reduce the throttle setting during engine shut down and, if the engine is provided with a

shut-off valve, turn the fuel of at the conclusion of mowing.

§ Go slow when using a trailing seat.

Maintenance and storage

§ Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight to be sure the equipment is in safe working condition.
§ Never store the equipment with fuel in the tank inside a building where fumes can reach

an open flame or spark.

§ Allow the engine to cool before storing in any enclosure.
§ To reduce the fire hazard, keep the engine, silencer, battery compartment and fuel storage

area free of grass, leaves, or excessive grease.

§ Check the grass catcher frequently for wear or deterioration.
§ Replace worn or damaged parts for safety.

SAFETY WARNINGS GASOLINE

WARNING: Use extra care in handling fuels. They are flammable and the
vapours are explosive. The following points must be observed.

§ Use only an approved container.
§ Never remove the fuel cap or add fuel with the power source running. Allow engine

exhaust components to cool before refuelling.

§ Do not smoke.
§ Never refuel the machine indoors.
§ Never store the machine or fuel containers inside, where is an open flame, such as a

water heater.

§ If fuel is spilled, do not attempt to start the power source, but move the machine away

from the area of spillage before starting.

§ Always replace and securely tighten the fuel cap after refuelling.
§ If the tank is drained, this should be done outdoors.

ASSEMBLY

Read these instruction and this manual in its entirety before you attempt to assemble to
operate your new lawnmower.

IMPORTANT:The lawnmower is shipped WITHOUT OIL OR FUEL in the
engine. Your new lawnmower has been assembled and tested at the
factory.

7.1

Remove lawnmower from carton

Roll lawnmower out of carton and check carton thoroughly for additional loose parts.

7.2

Install attachments

Your lawnmower was shipped ready to be used as rear bag mower.
