instep drive (Fig. d):
Attention! The elastic band will return the ball at
a high speed. Start slow and increase the speed
of your shot. Strike the ball using the instep.
Start at a medium speed and increase after eve-
ry shot. This drill improves shot technique, goal
shots and shot accuracy.
Goalie training (Fig. e):
Throw the ball forward hard with your throwing
arm. Catch the ball with both hands when retur-
ned by the elastic band.
Care, storage
IMPORTANT! Only clean with water, never use
harsh cleaners. Always store the product clean
and dry, in a temperate location.
