putting on the football trainer

1. Place the star-shaped side of the ball holder
around the ball starting at the back.
Now secure the other part of the ball holder
by closing the hook-and-loop fasteners.
Be sure the hook-and-loop fasteners are
straight. Correct the position of the hook-and-
loop fasteners until the ball holder is accurate-
ly wrapped tightly around the ball.
2. Place the waistband around your waist and
close the hook-and-loop fastener. If the hook-
and-loop fastener is too long and protrude it
can be cut to the correct size. Turn the waist-
band so the snap hook is at the front centre of
your waist. Secure the hook of the elastic
band to the waistband snap hook.
3. Use the adjuster to adjust the length of the
band as needed. To shorten the band, slide
the adjuster toward the ball and away from
the ball to extend it.

passing with the inside of the foot

(Fig. a):
Strike the ball using the inside of the foot at me-
dium speed. When the elastic band returns the

again using the inside of the foot. This drill will
improve passing accuracy.
passing with the outside of the foot

Strike the ball using the inside of the foot at me-
dium speed. When the elastic band returns the

bring the ball to a dead stop as quickly as possi-
ble. This drill improves overall ball handling.
