Der Unterarmtrainer trainiert die Unterarm- und
Handmuskeln und ist auch für Geschicklichkeits-
und Motoriktraining geeignet. Der Unterarmtrainer
ist kein therapeutisches Hilfsmittel, sondern
ausschließlich für den privaten Bereich konzipiert.
Für den gewerblichen Einsatz in medizinischen
oder therapeutischen Einrichtungen ist er nicht
geeignet.
Sicherheitshinweise
• Der Unterarmtrainer ist kein Spielzeug und
muss bei Nichtgebrauch unzugänglich für
Kleinkinder gelagert werden.
• Kinder und Heranwachsende dürfen nur unter
Aufsicht trainieren, um übermäßige Belastungen
zu vermeiden.
• Achten Sie auf Ihre Finger. Es besteht Verlet-
zungsgefahr durch Quetschungen.

Resistance is adjustable between a tensile force of
10 and 40kg. Turn the orange knob in an anti-
clockwise direction to reduce the tensile force (-).
Turn it in a clockwise direction to increase the
tensile force (+).

You can increase the tension as soon as you
notice that you have more strength in your hands.

This forearm trainer trains the forearm and hand
muscles, and is also suitable for training dexterity
and motor skills. The forearm trainer is not a
