chio (escluso il vano pile). Un montaggio
inadeguato può comportare il rischio di
lesioni!
Avvertenze relative all’uso delle pile
Per il corretto uso delle pile osservare quanto segue:
■ Non gettare le pile nel fuoco. Non ricarica-
re le pile. Pericolo di esplosione e lesioni!
■ Non aprire mai le pile, non eff ettuare mai
lavori di brasatura o saldature sulle pile.

■ Controllare periodicamente le pile.
Le pile deteriorate possono causare
danni all’apparecchio.
■ Se non si utilizza l’apparecchio per lungo
tempo, rimuovere le pile.
■ In presenza di batterie deteriorate, indos-
sare guanti protettivi. Pulire il vano pile e i
contatti delle pile con un panno asciutto.
■ Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
Children might put batteries into their
mouth and swallow them. If a battery
is swallowed, seek medical assistance
immediately.
Operation
NOTE
► Due to the unaccustomed eff ect of the toothbrush,
there may be some initial gum bleeding. This is
normal. If this continues for more than two weeks,
you should consult your dentist.
■ Remove the battery compartment cover 5 from the hand
element 4 with a slight tilting movement and insert
the batteries according to the polarity diagram in the
battery compartment.
■ Push a brush head 2 onto the hand element 4 with a
slight twisting motion
■ Moisten the brush under fl owing water.
■ Add a little toothpaste onto the moist brush and guide
the brush into your mouth.
■ Switch on the toothbrush by pressing the on/off button 3
and brush your teeth on all sides (about 2 minutes). Af-
ter every 30 seconds there is a short reduction in speed.
After two minutes the toothbrush pauses briefl y 3 times.
This informs you that you have complied with the dental
recommendation of two minutes cleaning.
■ Switch off the toothbrush and take it out of your mouth.
■ Rinse the brush head 2 under running water.
■ To protect the brush head 2, you can put the protec-
tive cap 1 on the brush head 2.
NOTE
► When the toothbrush’s movements become noticeably
weaker, the batteries must be replaced. Open the
battery compartment, remove the empty batteries
and insert new batteries. Ensure the correct polarity
and close the battery compartment.
■ Impedire ai bambini di impossessarsi

Uso
AVVERTENZA
► Inizialmente, a causa della insolita stimolazione, si
può verifi care un leggero sanguinamento delle gen-
give, che è da ritenersi normale. Se tale eventualità
persistesse per oltre due settimane, consultare il
proprio dentista.
■ Sfi lare il coperchio del vano pile 5 eff ettuando un
leggero ribaltamento dall’impugnatura 4 e inserire le
pile conformemente alla polarità indicata nel vano pile.
■ Infi lare una testina spazzolante 2 con un leggero
movimento rotatorio in senso antiorario sull’impugna-
tura 4.
■ Inumidire lo spazzolino sotto acqua corrente.
■ Applicare un po’ di dentifricio sullo spazzolino inumidi-
to e introdurre lo spazzolino da denti nella bocca.
■ Accendere lo spazzolino da denti premendo l’interruttore
on/off 3 e pulire i denti da tutti i lati (ca. 2 minuti).
Dopo ogni 30 secondi la velocità viene leggermente ri-
dotta. Dopo due minuti, lo spazzolino smette di funzionare
brevemente per 3 volte. Ciò indica il completamento del
tempo consigliato di 2 minuti per la pulizia dei denti.
■ Spegnere lo spazzolino da denti e toglierlo dalla bocca.
■ Sciacquare a fondo la testina spazzolante 2 sotto
l’acqua corrente.
■ Per proteggere la testina spazzolante 2, si può infi lare
il cappuccio di protezione 1 sulla testina spazzolante 2.
AVVERTENZA
► Se i movimenti dello spazzolino si indeboliscono
sensibilmente, sostituire le pile. Aprire il vano pile,
rimuovere quelle scariche e inserirne le pile nuove.
Badare alla corretta polarità e richiudere il vano pile.
Cleaning and care
■ To clean the drive shaft and the hand element 4,
allow a little water to fl ow over them. To do this, hold
the hand element 4 so that the drive shaft is pointing
downwards. Make sure that no water gets into the
battery compartment.
■ After use, clean the brush head 2 thoroughly under
running water.
■ You should fi t a new brush head 2 after about 3
months, or when the bristles start to bend outwards.
Disposal
Under no circumstance should the appliance
be disposed of with the normal domestic
waste. This product is subject to the provisions
of European Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal
company or your municipal waste disposal facility. Please
observe applicable regulations. Please contact your waste
disposal facility if you are in any doubt.
Used batteries may not be disposed of in the
domestic waste.
Consumers are legally obligated to dispose of batteries at
a collection point in their community/city district or at a
retail store.
The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that batteries
are disposed of in an environmentally congruent manner.
Only dispose of batteries when they are fully discharged.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environ-
mentally friendly manner.
Pulizia e manutenzione
■ Per pulire l’albero motore e l’impugnatura 4, far scorre-
re brevemente dell’acqua su di essi, badando a tenere
l’impugnatura 4 in modo tale che l’albero motore sia
rivolto verso il basso. Impedire la penetrazione di
acqua nel vano batterie.
■ Dopo l’uso pulire accuratamente le testine spazzolanti 2
sotto l’acqua corrente.
■ Dopo circa 3 mesi, e comunque quando le setole si
piegano verso l’esterno, è necessario utilizzare una
nuova testina spazzolante 2.
Smaltimento
Non smaltire per alcun motivo l’apparecchio
assieme ai normali rifi uti domestici. Questo
prodotto è soggetto alla Direttiva Europea
2012/19/EU-RAEE.
Smaltire l’apparecchio attraverso un’azienda di smaltimento
autorizzata o attraverso l’ente di smaltimento comunale.
Rispettare le norme attualmente in vigore.
In caso di dubbi mettersi in contatto con l’ente di smalti-
mento competente.
Le batterie / pile non devono essere smaltite
insieme ai rifi uti domestici.
Ogni utente è obbligato per legge a portare le pile/
batterie presso un centro di raccolta del proprio comune/
quartiere o a restituirle al rivenditore.
Questo obbligo è fi nalizzato allo smaltimento ecologico
delle pile e/o delle batterie. Restituire le pile/le batterie
solo se scariche.
Smaltire tutti i materiali dell’imballaggio in modo
ecocompatibile.
Warranty and service
This appliance is provided with a 3-year warranty valid
from the date of purchase. This appliance has been
manufactured with care and inspected meticulously prior
to delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the
event of a warranty claim, please contact your Customer
Service unit by telephone. This is the only way to guaran-
tee free return of your goods. The warranty only covers
claims for material and manufacturing defects, not for
damage sustained during carriage, components subject to
wear and tear or damage to fragile components such as
switches or batteries. This appliance is intended solely for
private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty
shall be deemed void in the case of misuse or improper
handling, use of force and interventions which have not
been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eff ected
under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and
repaired components. Any damage and defects present at
the time of purchase must be reported immediately after
unpacking, but no later than two days after the date of
purchase. Repairs eff ected after expiry of the warranty
period shall be subject to charge.

and the battery contacts with a dry cloth.
