Failure to observe these instructions may have negative health effects.
Fresh water can be readily distinguished from stagnant water as fresh
water is noticeably cooler as it leaves the pipe.
Do not use stagnant water from chromium-plated pipework for the prepa-
ration of food or for drinking or for personal hygiene if you are allergic to
nickel. This water may contain high quantities of nickel and trigger an aller-
gic reaction.
Do not use water from lead pipework for preparing food or drink for ba-
bies or infants. Do not use it for preparing food or drink during pregnancy.
Lead dissolves in drinking water and is particularly damaging to the health
of babies and young children.
Guarantee and service
The warranty period is three years and begins on the day of purchase. Please
keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
During the guarantee period, defective hand showers can be sent at the user‘s
own cost to the service address provided, following relevant contact with the
service centre. The user will then receive a new or repaired hand shower free
of charge. After the guarantee period has expired you may also send a defec-
tive hand shower to the address provided for repairs.
Repairs made after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to payment.
This warranty does not limit your legal rights.

When cleaning, never use petrol, solvents, aggressive cleansers or hard
cleaning brushes etc. These could damage the surface of the product.
Dry your hand shower unit with a soft, damp cloth to hinder limescale
build-up.
Clean the product with a damp, soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent if
required.
Regularly rub the soft anti-limescale jets and remove any limescale that
may have built-up.
Failure to observe these instructions will cause damage to the surface of
the unit. This will inevitably invalidate the guarantee.
Disposal
The packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials, which
may be disposed through your local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose
of your worn-out product.
Quality of tap water
Find out about the potability of your mains water supply. Your local water
authority or water supply company will be able to inform you.
The following general recommendations apply to the potability of tap water:
Let the water run freely for a short time if it has been stagnating in the pipe-
work for more than four hours. Do not use any of this stagnant water in the
preparation of food or for drinking. This applies particularly as far as babies
and infants are concerned.
Operation
Warning: If your hand shower attachment has not been used for a while,
clean it in order to remove any water residue that may have built up.
Your new hand shower
3 has 5 different settings and also has a water stop
function. (see fig. B).
To change the water jet type, follow these steps:
Adjust to the desired water temperature and the desired water pressure
using your tap.
Turn the jet disc 1 using the operating lever 2 until it reaches the desired
marking ( ) symbol on the shower head 3 (see fig. C).
Note: When showering sensitive areas of your body it may be advisable
not to set the massage jet from your hand shower
3 to too high a power.
Attention! Suitable for all pressure tight water systems such as central
heating, instantaneous water heaters, pressurised boilers, etc.
Risk of injury with excess pressure.
Not suitable for low pressure units and small storage heaters.
Attention! It is possible that the water stop function will affect the perfor-
mance of your instantaneous water heater.
Warning: Water stop function: A little water run-off should serve as a
reminder to turn off the shower. Attention! Always turn the hand shower

water supply off at the tap from which the water comes. Do not use the
hand shower
3 unit’s water stop function for this purpose.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Please note that chromed surfaces require special care and attention. Therefore,
please follow the instructions:
Check the hand shower regularly for leakages
ATTeNTION when working on hand showers that already have a water
stop function.
Otherwise there is a danger of injury and / or damage to objects.
Installation
Warning: Get to know your product before assembly. Carefully read the
following assembly instructions and safety advice. In the event of incorrect in-
stallation, all warranty claims – particularly in relation to subsequent damage
– are excluded.
Please ensure that the stopcock for the tap is turned off.
ATTeNTION when working on hand showers that already have a water
stop function.
Otherwise there is a danger of injury and / or damage to objects.
Follow these steps:
Unscrew your existing hand shower unit from the shower hose 5 .
Double-check the washers 4 and seals in the connection piece of the
hose 5 .
Now screw your new hand shower 3 attachment onto the shower hose 5 .
start-up
After the initial installation, carefully check all connections for leaks.
Check that your hand shower 3 is working correctly by setting the jet
lever 2 to every possible 1 position (see fig. C).

You have selected a high-quality hand shower unit. The assembly
and operating instructions are part of this product. Please read these
assembly instructions and instructions for use thoroughly before use and ob-
serve all instructions. These assembly instructions and instructions for use con-
tains important assembly, set-up and maintenance information. Please retain
these assembly instructions and instructions for use and hand them on to any
future owner.
Intended use
This hand shower unit is solely intended for use when attached to a shower hose
that is, in turn connected with a bath tap or shower tap. Any use not specified
or product modification is prohibited and will result in damage. Any form of
use other than the stipulated intended purpose can cause danger to life and
cause injury. The product is for private use only and is not intended for medical
or commercial use. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility if the intended
purpose of this unit is not adhered to.

scere l’acqua fresca dal fatto che l’acqua scorre dalla conduttura sensibilmente
più fresca rispetto all’acqua stagnante.
Non utilizzare acqua stagnante da tubature cromate per la nutrizione e / o
per la cura del corpo se si è allergici al nichel. Tale tipologia di acqua può
presentare un forte contenuto di nichel e provocare reazioni allergiche.
Non utilizzare acqua potabile da tubature in piombo per la preparazione
di alimenti per lattanti e / o durante la maternità per la preparazione di
cibi. Il piombo viene rilasciato nell’acqua ed è particolarmente dannoso
per la salute di lattanti e di bambini piccoli.
Garanzia e assistenza
Il periodo di garanzia è di tre anni e ha inizio il giorno della data di acquisto.
Conservare lo scontrino come prova di acquisto.
Durante il periodo di garanzia, le doccette difettose, dopo aver contattato il
servizio clienti, possono essere spedite senza affrancatura all‘indirizzo indicato.
Riceverà dunque gratuitamente una doccetta nuova o riparata. Dopo la sca-
denza della garanzia lei ha comunque la possibilità di inviare la doccetta
difettosa per la riparazione all‘ indirizzo indicato.
Dopo la scadenza della garanzia le riparazioni sono a pagamento.
Questa garanzia non costituisce alcun limite ai diritti legali del consumatore.

La sua nuova doccetta 3 è dotata di 5 tipi di getto e dispone di una funzione
di arresto dell‘ acqua (vedi fig. B).
Per modificare le varianti, procedere come segue:
Regolare la temperatura e la pressione dell‘acqua desiderate con il rubinetto.
Avvitare il disco di getto
1 con l‘aiuto della leva di azionamento 2 fino
al segno ( ) alla testa della doccetta 3 sul simbolo che mostra la tipo-
logia di getto desiderato (vedi fig. C).
Nota: Nel docciare parti sensibili del corpo è consigliabile regolare non
troppo forte il getto massaggio della doccetta
3 .
Attenzione! Adatto a tutti i tipi di sistemi di riscaldamento dell‘ acqua
resistenti alla compressione, come riscaldamento centralizzato, scaldaba-
gno, boiler, etc.
In caso di sovrappressione, rischio di lesioni..
Non adatto per apparecchi a bassa pressione e piccoli serbatoi.
Attenzione! Nell‘utilizzo della funzione di arresto dell‘ acqua potrebbe
essere limitata la funzione del suo scaldabagno.
Consiglio: Funzione di arresto dell‘ acqua: Uno scarso scorrere dell‘ ac-
qua indica di chiudere la doccia. Attenzione! Chiudere sempre il rubinetto
dell‘acqua dopo l‘utilizzo della doccetta
3 , non utilizzare dunque la fun-
zione di arresto dell‘ acqua 3 .
Manutenzione e pulizia
Da notare che le superfici cromate necessitano di una cura particolare. Osser-
vare quindi le seguenti istruzioni:
Verificare regolarmente che la doccetta non abbia perdite.
Per la pulizia, non utilizzare mai benzina, solventi o detergenti aggressivi,
come, ad esempio, spazzole e simili, per evitare di danneggiare la superfi-
cie del prodotto.
ATTeNZIONe alle doccette con la funzione di arresto dell‘acqua.
In caso contrario, sussiste il rischio di lesioni o di danni alle cose.
Montaggio
Consiglio: Familiarizzate con il prodotto prima del montaggio. Leggete
attentamente le seguenti istruzioni di montaggio e le avvertenze di sicurezza.
In caso di montaggio errato, si esclude la garanzia – in particolare, sui danni
che ne derivano.
Prestare attenzione alla chiusura dell‘acqua del rubinetto.
ATTeNZIONe alle doccette con la funzione di arresto dell‘acqua.
In caso contrario, sussiste il rischio di lesioni o di danni alle cose.
Procedere nel modo seguente:
Svitate la vecchia doccetta dal tubo flessibile 5 .
Controllate la guarnizione 4 in raccordo con il tubo flessibile 5 .
Avvitate quindi la nuova doccetta 3 al tubo flessibile 5 .
Messa in funzione
Durante la prima messa in funzione, controllare i raccordi per rilevare
eventuali perdite.
Testare le funzioni della doccetta 3 , quindi girare la leva di azionamento
2 e il disco di getto 1 nella giusta posizione (vedi fig. C).
Uso
Consiglio: Dopo un lungo inutilizzo della doccetta, lavare accuratamente il
rubinetto per evitare la stagnazione e i residui dell‘ acqua potabile

Asciugare la doccetta dopo ogni utilizzo con un panno per evitare even-
tuali depositi di calcare.
Pulire il prodotto con un panno umido e morbido ed eventualmente con un
detergente non aggressivo.
Muovere regolarmente la bocchetta anticalcare, evitando così i residui
calcarei.
Non osservando questi consigli per la cura c‘è da aspettarsi danni alla
superficie. Il diritto alla garanzia dunque potrebbe non essere più valido.
smaltimento
L’imballaggio è composto da materiali ecologici che possono
essere smaltiti presso i siti di riciclaggio locali.
Informarsi presso l’amministrazione comunale o locale circa le possibilità di
uno smaltimento non dannoso per l’ambiente.
Potabilità dell‘acqua di condotta
Si informi presso gli uffici locali sulla potabilità dell‘ acqua della sua città /
comune.
In genere, con riferimento alla potabilità dell’acqua, è consigliabile mettere in
pratica i seguenti suggerimenti:
Lasciare scorrere l‘acqua per un pò quando l‘acqua è rimasta stagnata
nelle tubature per più di quattro ore. Non utilizzare acqua di stagnazione
per la preparazione di cibi e bevande, in modo particolare per la nutri-
zione di lattanti.
