 PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS! A capacidade indicada é válida apenas para cargas normais. Cargas anormais,
como por ex. com movimentos bruscos ou contacto com arestas / objectos afiados ou pontiagudos podem

 Antes de cada utilização, certifique-se de que a corda está em perfeitas condições.
 A carga de trabalho da corda nunca deve exceder os 450 kg. Recordamos-lhe que impulsos bruscos podem
sobrecarregar extremamente uma corda, o que poderá levar a uma perda de resistência.
 Os nós reduzem significativamente a resistência da corda.
 Evite que elementos de suporte da corda causem atrito desnecessário. Certifique-se de que todas as peças
metálicas são lisas. Proteja a corda nos pontos de contacto recorrendo a falcaças, tubos de protecção cosidos
ou revestimentos em plástico (como por ex. PU).
 Não exponha a corda a temperaturas elevadas, nem luz solar forte.
 Evite que a corda entre em contacto com químicos ou vapores tóxicos / corrosivos.
 Evite torcer demasiado a corda, visto poder formar entrelaçados. Cordas deformadas deste modo perdem
significativamente resistência. Antes de voltar a expor a corda a cargas, destorça-a pela extremidade.

 Não utilize mais a corda, caso esta esteja visivelmente danificada, de tal modo que a maioria das fibras estejam
derretidas, fortemente raspadas ou rasgadas.
 Mantenha a corda limpa. Qualquer infiltração de partículas de sujidade (por ex. grãos de areia) pode desgas-
tar o interior da corda.
 Verifique regularmente o estado da sua corda. É aconselhável um controlo por secções: verifique a corda minu-
ciosamente, de todos os lados, a cada 300 mm. Deve também verificar as superfícies interiores e o núcleo com
os mesmos intervalos de distância.
 Nunca se coloque dentro de nenhum laço feito com a corda.
 Certifique-se de que ninguém se encontra na proximidade de uma corda sob tensão, especialmente na direcção
do movimento atrás das extremidades da corda. Quando cordas de fibras químicas sobrecarregadas se rasgam,
contraem-se instantaneamente e libertam energia contida, o que poderá causar ferimentos graves. As peças
metálicas podem também ser arremessadas em caso de quebra da corda e podem causar graves ferimentos.
Cordas sob tensão representam um grande perigo.

 Avoid the risk of injury!
 RISK OF INJURY! The stated capacity only applies to normal loads. Abnormal loads, e.g. sudden movement
or contact with sharp or pointed edges / objects, may damage the product. This can result in injury.
 Make sure before every use that the rope is in perfect condition.
 The working load of the rope should never exceed 450 kg. Remember that shock loads can cause extreme strain
on the rope, which may result in a loss of strength.
 Kinks in the rope considerably reduce its strength.
 Do not allow the rope to chafe unnecessarily on rope guiding elements. Make sure that all metal parts are
smooth. Protect the rope at points of friction with whipping, protective tubing or plastic coating (e.g. PU).
 Avoid exposure of the rope to high temperatures or strong sunlight.
 Do not allow the rope to come into contact with chemicals or toxic / caustic fumes.
 Avoid excessive twist in the rope, as this can cause loops to form. Ropes which have been deformed in this way
can lose a considerable amount of strength. Work any excessive twist over the end of the rope before placing it
under renewed strain.
WARNING! KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE!
 Ask an expert if you are unsure whether the rope is in proper condition.
 Do not continue to use the rope if the exterior is so badly damaged that most of the fibres are fused, worn away
or frayed.
 Keep the rope clean. If dirt particles (e.g. grains of sand) get inside the rope, they can cause internal wear.
 Check the condition of your rope regularly. It is advisable to examine the rope carefully from all sides in 300 mm
sections. The inner surface and the core should also be checked at regular intervals.
 Never stand inside rope loops.
 Always make sure that nobody is in the immediate vicinity of a rope under tension, and particularly not in the
path of the rope behind its ends. Overloaded man-made fibre ropes can break abruptly; if this happens, stored
energy is released and serious injury can occur. If a rope breaks, there is a danger that fittings will be torn away
with it, which can also cause serious injury. Ropes under strain are always potentially very dangerous.
 Take care that the ends of ropes are always fixed securely.
 Always handle ropes with care.
 Cleaning and care
 Use a dry fluff-free cloth when you are cleaning or polishing the product.
 Remove any stubborn dirt using a moist cloth.
 Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents as they may damage the product.
 Never use heat to dry a rope.
 Store the rope in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place only.

 Überzeugen Sie sich vor jeder Anwendung, dass sich das Seil in einem einwandfreien Zustand befindet.
 Die Arbeitslast des Seils sollte nie mehr als 450 kg betragen. Berücksichtigen Sie, dass Kraftstöße ein Seil extrem
belasten können, was zu einem Festigkeitsverlust führen kann.
 Seilknoten verringern die Festigkeit erheblich.
 Vermeiden Sie unnötiges Scheuern an Seil führenden Elementen. Achten Sie darauf, dass alle Metallteile glatt sind.
Schützen Sie das Seil an Reibepunkten durch Taklinge, aufgenähte Schutzschläuche oder Kunststoffumspritzung
(wie z.B. PU).
 Setzen Sie das Seil keinen hohen Temperaturen und keinem starken Sonnenlicht aus.
 Vermeiden Sie den Kontakt des Seils mit Chemikalien oder giftigen / ätzenden Dämpfen.
 Vermeiden Sie übermäßiges Verdrehen des Seils, da dies zu Schlingen führen kann. So deformierte Seile können
erheblich an Festigkeit verlieren. Drehen Sie das Seil vor einer erneuten Belastung wieder über das Seilende aus.
WARNUNG! VON OFFENEM FEUER FERNHALTEN!
 Fragen Sie eine Fachkraft, wenn Sie hinsichtlich des ordnungsgemäßen Seilzustandes unsicher sind.
 Verwenden Sie das Seil nicht mehr, wenn es äußerlich so stark geschädigt ist, dass die meisten Fasern
verschmolzen, stark gescheuert oder zerrissen sind.
 Halten Sie das Seil sauber. Eingedrungene Schmutzpartikel (z.B. Sandkörner) können zu einer inneren Abnutzung
des Seils führen.
 Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Zustand Ihres Seils. So ist eine Abschnittskontrolle empfehlenswert: Begutachten
Sie das Seil eingehend von allen Seiten alle 300 mm. In gleichen Abständen sollten auch die innere Oberfläche
und der Kern überprüft werden.
 Stehen Sie niemals innerhalb von Seilschlaufen.
 Achten Sie darauf, dass sich niemand in unmittelbarerer Nähe eines Seils unter Spannung aufhält, insbesondere
nicht in Zugrichtung hinter den Seilenden. Überlastete Chemiefaserseile brechen ruckartig, geben gespeicherte
Energie frei und können zu erheblichen Verletzungen führen. Beschläge bergen das Risiko, bei Bruch mitgerissen
