Setzen Sie die andere Bohrkrone auf den Aufnahmeschaft und
drehen Sie diese im Uhrzeigersinn fest.
Inbetriebnahme
Setzen Sie die Bohrkrone 1 , 2 immer im 90°-Winkel auf das
Werkstück. Andernfalls kann es zu einer unregelmäßigen Abnut-
zung der Schneidezähne der Bohkrone kommen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Zentrierbohrer 3 nicht abrutscht.
Andernfalls können Sie kein zentriertes, gleichmäßiges Loch bohren.
Lassen Sie das Werkzeug während des Bohrens nicht zum Still-
stand kommen.
Üben Sie während des Bohrens nur leichten Druck aus. Andern-
falls können das Werkzeug und / oder das Werkstück überhitzen.
Sorgen Sie für eine ausreichende Schmierung, um eine Überhitzung
von Werkzeug und Werkstück zu vermeiden und die Funktionalität
des Werkzeuges zu erhalten.
Reinigung
Reinigen Sie Bohrkronen 1 , 2 und Zentrierbohrer 3 nach jeder
Nutzung mit einem weichen, angefeuchteten Tuch. Verwenden Sie
in keinem Fall reizende Flüssigkeiten und keine Reinigungsmittel,
da diese das Werkzeug beschädigen.
Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien.
Sie kann in den örtlichen Recyclingbehältern entsorgt werden.
Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Produktes erfahren
Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde- oder Stadtverwaltung.
VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR! Sorgen Sie für eine ausreichende
Kühlung. Andernfalls kann das Werkzeug und / oder das zu bear-
beitende Material durch die Reibung überhitzen.
VORSICHT! HEISSE OBERFLÄCHEN! Das Werk-
zeug kann sich durch die Anwendung stark erhitzen. Bei
Berührung des heißen Werkzeuges können Verbrennungen
die Folge sein. Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe, um Verbrennungen
zu vermeiden.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme
Montage
Stecken Sie den Zentrierbohrer 3 gemäß Abbildung A in den
Aufnahmeschaft 4 .
Hinweis: Stellen Sie sicher, dass die flache Seite des Zentrier-
bohrers mit der Schraube im Aufnahmeschaft befestigt werden kann.
Drehen Sie die Schraube im Aufnahmeschaft mittels Maulschlüssel
im Uhrzeigersinn fest, um den Zentrierbohrer zu fixieren. Bei Nicht-
beachtung, kann sich das Werkzeug lösen. Verletzungen
und / oder Beschädigungen des Werkzeugs können die Folgen sein.
Stecken Sie die entsprechende Bohrkrone 1 , 2 gemäß Abbil-
dung A auf den Aufnahmeschaft und drehen Sie diese im Uhrzei-
gersinn fest.
Bohrkronen-Set in die Maschine einsetzen:
Setzen Sie den Aufnahmeschaft in das Bohrfutter der Bohrmaschine /
des Bohrhammers. Beachten Sie dazu die Bedienungsanleitung
des Herstellers.
Bohrkrone wechseln:
Drehen Sie die Bohrkrone gegen den Uhrzeigersinn vom
Aufnahmeschaft.

Arbeiten mit falschen Drehzahlen kann Verletzungen und / oder
Beschädigungen des Werkzeugs zur Folge haben.

alle Teile unbeschädigt und sachgerecht montiert sind. Bei unsach-
gemäßer Montage besteht Verletzungsgefahr. Beschädigte Teile

Bohrkronen-Set
Einleitung
Machen Sie sich vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme mit den
Bohrkronen vertraut. Lesen Sie hierzu die nachfolgende
Bedienungsanleitung. Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung auf.
Machen Sie sich außerdem mit den Funktionen der Elektrowerkzeuge,
in die Sie die Bohrkronen einsetzen, vertraut und informieren Sie sich
über den Umgang mit Elektrowerkzeugen. Händigen Sie alle Unterlagen
bei Weitergabe der Bohrkronen an Dritte aus.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Die Bohrkronen sind zum Bohren in Ziegel und vergleichbares Mauer-
werk bestimmt. Sie sind für alle handelsüblichen Bohrhämmer mit
Werkzeugaufnahme nach dem SDS-plus-System (auch Bosch) geeignet.
Jede andere Verwendung oder Veränderung der Bohrkronen gilt als
nicht bestimmungsgemäß und birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren. Nicht
zum gewerblichen Gebrauch. Für aus bestimmungswidriger Verwen-
dung entstandene Schäden übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung.

Use
Always place the core drill bit 1 , 2 at an angle of 90° to the
workpiece. Otherwise uneven wear of the teeth on the core drill
bit may occur.
Ensure that the pilot drill bit 3 does not slip. Otherwise the resulting
hole may be off-centre or unevenly drilled.
Do not allow the tool to come to a standstill while you are drilling.
Use only light pressure when you are drilling. Otherwise the tool
and / or the workpiece may overheat.
Use adequate lubrication to prevent overheating of the tool and
the workpiece and to keep the tool working properly.
Cleaning
Clean the core drill bits 1 , 2 and the pilot drill bit 3 with a soft,
moist cloth after each use. Never use harsh liquids or cleaning
agents as they may damage the tool.
Disposal
The packaging consists of environmentally friendly materials.
It can be disposed of at your local recycling facility.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.

may overheat due to friction.

very hot during use. You may suffer a burn injury by contact
with a hot tool. To avoid burn injury wear protective gloves.
Before first use
Assembly
Insert the pilot drill bit 3 into the adapter 4 in accordance with Fig. A.
Note: Check that the flat side of the pilot drill can be fastened with the
screw in the adapter.
Tighten the screw in the adapter by turning the screw clockwise
using an open spanner to fix the pilot drill bit in place. If this is not
done properly, the attached tool may become loose. Failure to
observe this advice may result in damage to the tool and / or injury.
Place the required core drill bit 1 , 2 on to the adapter in
accordance with Fig. A and turn the core drill bit clockwise.
Inserting the core drill bit assembly into the electric drill:
Insert the adapter into the chuck on the electric drill / hammer drill.
Observe the requirements of the operating instructions supplied with
the electrical power tool.
Changing the core drill bit:
Turn the core drill bit anticlockwise off the adapter.
Place the other core drill bit on to the adapter and turn the core
drill bit clockwise.

The core drill bit set is suitable for drilling into brick and comparable
masonry. It is suitable for use with all commercially available hammer

Colocação em funcionamento
Coloque a broca de coroa 1 , 2 sempre num ângulo de 90° sobre
a peça a trabalhar. Caso contrário, pode ocorrer um desgaste
irregular dos dentes de corte da broca de coroa.
Tenha cuidado para que a broca de centragem 3 não deslize.
Caso contrário, nгo й possível efectuar um orifício centrado e
uniforme.
Durante a perfuração, nunca deixe a ferramenta parar na
totalidade.
Exerça apenas uma pressão ligeira durante a perfuração. Caso
contrário, a ferramenta e / ou a peça a trabalhar podem sobrea-
quecer.
Assegure uma lubrificação suficiente para evitar o sobreaqueci-
mento da ferramenta e da peça a trabalhar e para manter a boa
funcionalidade da ferramenta.
Limpeza
Limpe as brocas de coroa 1 , 2 e a broca de centragem 3
após cada utilização com um pano macio e húmido. Nunca utilize
líquidos abrasivos ou detergentes, pois estes danificam a ferramenta.
Eliminação

podem ser depositados nos ecopontos locais.

Antes da colocação em funcionamento
Montagem
Coloque a broca de centragem 3 na haste de encaixe 4 ,
conforme ilustrado na figura A.
Nota: Assegure que o lado plano da broca de centragem pode
ser fixo com o parafuso na haste de alojamento.
Aperte o parafuso na haste de encaixe, rodando com uma chave
inglesa no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio, para fixar a broca de
centragem. Caso contrário, a ferramenta pode soltar-se. Podem
ocorrer ferimentos e / ou danos na ferramenta.
Coloque a respectiva broca de coroa 1 , 2 na haste de encaixe,
conforme ilustrado na figura A, e aperte-a, rodando no sentido
dos ponteiros do relógio.
Colocar o conjunto de brocas de coroa na máquina:
Introduza a haste de encaixe no porta-brocas do berbequim /
martelo perfurador. Respeite o manual de instruções do fabricante.
Substituir a broca de coroa:
Retire a broca de coroa da haste de encaixe, rodando no sentido
contrário ao dos ponteiros do relógio.
Coloque a outra broca de coroa na haste de encaixe e aperte-a,
rodando no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio.
