16-CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CLEANING THE LOWER COMPARTMENT AND THE SMOKE FAN COMPARTMENT
Take out brazier “C”, empty it and clean it. Lower the lever and take out tray “D”. Remove any ash from this tray too and, if necessary, use a
vacuum cleaner to clear any ash and soot that may have accumulated under the tray. Finally remove ash pan “G” and empty it.
Before removing ash with a vacuum cleaner, it is recommended to clean the internal walls of the stove.
To clean the smoke fan compartment, remove the four screws, take off cover “E” and gasket “F”. Remove the ash on the smoke fan, check
the airtightness of gasket “E” and replace it if necessary.
Also check the airtightness of the door gasket and replace it if necessary.
