13. Attach the Rim (#21) and Rim Support Plates (#22) to
the Backboard (#25) using the Bolts (#27), Washers
(#26) and Nuts (#32). And then attach the Paddle
Sensors (#19) to the Backboard (#25) using the Bolts
(#27), Washers (#20 & #26) and Nuts (#32). Make sure
that you use washer on both sides of the backboard as
shown in FIG. 10.
