8. Enter the Username and Password in the fields. The User Name should be in the format Domain\User
Name. For example, if you are on INDIA domain and your user name to log on to your machine is
224138, then enter INDIA\224138 and the domain log on password in the fields. The Ready to Repair
the Program screen appears.
