DESTINATION .

➍ Use ARROW UP/DOWN to choose

If the addressbook contains no entries, press
WKHPHQXNH\XVLQJWKHVHOHFWNH\VEHORZWKH
message display.
➏ Use ARROW UP/DOWN to choose ADD
ADDRESS .
➐ Choose CONTACT DQGFRQ¿UPZLWK OK .
Next, enter destination name, fax number
and e-mail address.
➑ Press EDIT to see more details. Use LEFT/
RIGHT ARROW to select the items.
➒ &RQ¿UPHDFKHQWU\ZLWK OK .
➊ In the basic screen for fax, press the ONE-
TOUCH NH\WKDW\RXZDQWWRUHJLVWHUDQGKROG
it (2 seconds).
➋ Use ARROW UP/DOWN to choose a key.
➌ &RQ¿UPZLWK OK .
➍ Use ARROW UP/DOWN to choose an entry
from the addressbook.
➎ &RQ¿UPZLWK OK .
➊ If the Message Display is turned off, press
POWER DQGZDLWIRUWKHPDFKLQHWRZDUPXS
➋ Place the originals on the platen or in the
document processor.
➌ Press FAX .
➍ Press FAX RES. XVLQJWKHVHOHFWNH\VEHORZ
the message display. Select the resolution
VXLWDEOHIRUVHQGLQJRULJLQDOVDQGFRQ¿UPZLWK
OK .
➎ Enter the fax number of the receiving
system using the numeric keys.
You can also select the fax destination from
the addressbook by pressing
ADDRESSBOOK .
➏ Press START . The documents are fed and
the transmission begins.
