To install the USB driver and the Atheros Client Uti lity, see “To install the ACU
and USB device dri ver:” on page 2-1.
To install the USB Devi ce Driver separately:
1. Insert the USB devi ce into the computer: The Found Ne w Ha rd ware Wizard
opens. Choose advanced installation and cli ck Next.
2. Choose Search fo r dri ver in these locations. The driver is located in the
Ndis5x\2KXP directory. ( For Windo ws 98SE/M E com puters, the drive r is located
in the Ndis5x\98ME).
3. Windows m ay display a Windo ws Logo error for the bootloader. Cli ck Continue
An yway. The installer will continue with the installation.
