Limited Warranty
Asperthetermsandconditionsofthislimitedwarrantyasgivenbelow,bequiet!warrantsitsnewproductstobe
free of defects resulting from faulty materials and faulty manufacturing for the length of the warranty period.
I. APPLICABILITY
Thisnon-transferablewarrantyisapplicabletonewlypurchased,previouslyunopenedbequiet!productsandis
enforceablebyonlytheoriginalconsumerpurchaser.Proofofpurchaseisrequiredforwarrantyservice,soshould
be retained. be quiet! does not provide warranty registration services.
II. WARRANTY PERIOD
Foreligibleproducts,partsandlaborarewarrantedfortheapplicablewarrantyperiodfromthedateofpurchase.
The applicable warranty period varies by product model, and is identified in your user documentation, on the
productpackage,oraslistedbelow.Shouldanyofthesewarrantyperiodsdiffer,thelongestspecifiedwarranty
periodwillapply.Replacedproductswillbewarrantedfortheremainderoftheoriginalwarrantyperiodorthirty
days,whicheverislonger.
III. EXCLUSIONS
The following are not covered by the warranty:
1. Normal wear and tear.
2.Anyproductwhichhasbeenmodifiedwithoutpermissionfrombequiet!,oronwhichtheserialnumberorwar-
rantystickerhasbeendefaced,modified,orremoved.
3.Damage,deteriorationormalfunctionresultingfrom:
Accident,abuse,misuseorimproperuse,neglect,connectiontoanimpropervoltagesource,unauthorizedprod-
uctmodification,orfailuretofollowinstructionsincludedwiththeproduct.
Fire,water,lightning,orotheractsofnature.
Repairorattemptedrepairbyanyonenotauthorizedbybequiet!.
Shippingortransportdamage(claimsmustbemadewiththecarrier).
Anyothercausewhichdoesnotrelatetoadefectinmaterialsormanufacturingworkmanship.
4.Cartons,cases,batteries,cabinets,tapes,accessoriesorotherconsumablesusedwiththisproduct.
5.bequiet!,Inc.doesnotwarrantthatthisproductwillmeetyourrequirements.Itisyourresponsibilitytodeter-
mine the suitability of this product for your purpose.
6.Removalorinstallationcharges.
7.Shippingcharges.
8.Anyincidentalcharges.
IV. EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES

productatitsoption.bequiet!shallnot,inanyevent,beliableforanyspecial,incidental,indirect,orconsequential
damageswhatsoever,includingbutnotlimitedtolossofprofits,revenue,ordata(whetherdirectorindirect),dam-
agesresultingfrominterruptionofserviceandlossofbusiness,orforliabilityintortrelatingtothisproductorre-
sultingfromitsuseorpossession,evenifbequiet!hasbeenadvisedpreviouslyofthepossibilityofsuchdamages.
