The paper guides may not be
adjusted correctly.
Make sure that the paper
width guide and the paper
length guide fit close to the
edges of the paper without
bending the paper.
Two or more pieces of paper
are stuck together
Remove the paper from the
paper tray and fan the stack
of paper so the sheets do not
stick together.
Reload the paper into the
paper tray and try printing
again. For paper-loading
instructions, see paper
information on page 8.
The printer does not print new
photos on the memory card.
There are no new photos on
the memory card or the photos
have already been printed.
Select and print the desired
photos. For more information,
