Reset Settings
This option allows you to reset the camera to the factory
default settings.
1. If you have a memory card in the camera, remove it (see
page 18).
2. In the Setup Menu (see page 113), select Reset
Settings....
3. Use the buttons to highlight a selection:
• Cancel—Exits the menu without resetting any of the
settings.
• Yes—Resets all camera settings to their defaults in the
Capture, My Mode Capture, and Setup menus (except
Date & Time, Language, TV Configuration, and
USB Configuration).
4. Press to reset settings and return to the Setup Menu.
5. If you removed a memory card in Step 1, reinstall it.
