5. Choose whether to place the variable name or the

variable value on the command line.

to indicate that you want the

variable’s contents to appear on the command

line.

– Press

to indicate that you want the

variable’s name to appear on the command line.

6. Press

to place the value or name on the

command line. The selected object appears on the
command line.

Note: The VARS menu can also be used to enter the
names or values of variables into programs.

Example

This example demonstrates how to use the VARS menu to
add the contents of two list variables, and to store the
result in another list variable.

1. Display the List Catalog.

to select L1

2. Enter the data for L1.
