Getting Help
You access this help from the HP OfficeJet Pro 1170C Series folder, or
by double-clicking the 1170C Series Toolbox icon on your desktop.
You can also select HP OfficeJet Pro Help from the Help menu of
many of your word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation programs.
The
How Do I?
tab features help for many tasks you perform every
day. It includes a complete copy of your HP Limited Warranty,
information about HP papers, and quick access to the on-line tour and
tutorial.
If you are having trouble copying, printing, or scanning, go the toolbox
Troubleshooting
tab. It includes help for printing, scanning, and
copying problems, and lists messages you may see as you work.
Using the
Product Services
tab, you can clean and align print
cartridges, print a self-test page, test the communication between your
HP OfficeJet Pro and your computer, test the scanner, and calibrate
your screen.
