1. adjust blade guide bearings to eliminate excess

side pressure. adjust table for correct blade
clearance and miter slot alignment.

2. tighten the blade guide bracket.
3. tighten the blade guide as close to the workpiece

as possible.

4. Check blade rotation as described in test run” and

reverse blade if necessary.

5. switch two of the current carrying wires at the

terminal strip.

6. Feed workpiece straight into the blade.
