1. adjust tracking ( page 23).
2. adjust wheel coplanarity ( page 65).
3. increase blade tension ( page 31).
4. adjust blade guides ( page 33).
5. Feed workpiece slower ( page 39).
6. install correct blade for machine.
7. install new blade, and de-tension blade when not in
use.
8. replace rubber tires.

6. adjust the blade tracking back to normal.
7. tighten table trunnion mounting bolts or tilt lock
lever.
8. align table miter slot and fence with blade.
9. adjust blade guide bearings for correct blade
support.
