To load envelopes
➜ When loading envelopes, load
them with the flap facing up, as
shown in the illustration.

Note
Before loading envelopes, press
them down to make sure that all air
is removed, and make sure that
the folds of the flaps are firmly
pressed, otherwise the envelopes
may become wrinkled or a paper
misfeed may occur.
Do not load more than 10 enve-
lopes.
After you have loaded the paper,
set the paper type for the Multiple Bypass Tray in the touch panel.

Note
Do not load envelopes crosswise.
Do not place the flap of envelopes
facing down.
