Issue Possible fault Solution
The "Fill/Drain"
indicator flashes and
the program stops. Before fixing the problem:
– Press the "Start/Stop" button
for at least one second.
– Restart the program.
The water supply is
closed. Open the water supply fully.
The water inlet filter is
blocked. Before fixing the problem:
– Press the "Start/Stop" button
for at least one second.
– Turn the dishwasher off.
Then:
– Clean the water inlet filter,
see "Cleaning the water
inlet filter".
The water pressure at
the intake is lower than
0.3 bar (4 psi). Contact a plumber.
Before fixing the problem:
– Press the "Start/Stop" button
for at least one second.
– Turn the dishwasher off.
The triple filter in the
wash cabinet is
clogged. Clean the triple filter,
see "Cleaning and Care".
The drain pump or
non-return valve may be
blocked. Clean the drain pump and
non-return valve, see
"Cleaning the drain pump and
non-return valve".
The drain hose is kinked. Remove any kinks in the drain
hose.
