Issue Possible fault Solution
Three horizontal bars
show in the display at the
end of the program: - - - There may be a
technical fault. – Press the "Start/Stop"
button for at least one
second.
– Turn the dishwasher off.
After a few seconds:
– Turn the dishwasher on.
– Select the desired
program.
– Press the "Start/Stop"
button.
If the three horizontal bars
appear again at the end of the
program, there is a technical
fault.
– Contact the Miele Service
Department.
Knocking noise in the
wash cabinet The spray arm is
hitting an item in the
basket. Interrupt the program,
rearrange items blocking the
spray arms.
Rattling noise Items are not secure
in the wash cabinet. Interrupt the program and
rearrange loose pieces.
Knocking noise in the
water pipes This may be caused
by the installation or
diameter of the pipe. This has no effect on the
dishwasher. If in doubt
contact a plumber.
