Issue Possible fault Solution
Detergent residue is left
in the dispenser at the
end of a program. The dispenser was still
damp when detergent
was added. Make sure the dispenser
is dry before adding
detergent.
The detergent lid cannot
be closed properly. Clogged detergent
residue is blocking the
catch. Remove the residue.
Water remains in the
wash cabinet at the end
of a program. Before fixing the problem:
– Press the "Start/Stop"
button.
– Turn the dishwasher
off.
The triple filter in the wash
cabinet is clogged. Clean the triple filter, see
"Cleaning and Care".
The drain pump or
non-return valve may be
blocked. Clean the drain pump and
the non-return valve, see
"Cleaning the drain pump
and non-return valve".
The drain hose is kinked. Remove any kinks in the
drain hose.
