iCEBOX™ FlipScreen Warranty
If for any reason you are not able to resolve difficulties with your iCEBOX ™
using the troubleshooting section of the owners manual please contact Cus-
tomer Care for assistance as listed below.

Customer Care will make every effort to assist you in resolving any difficulties
you may be having. If the problem is hardware related you may be transferred
to our Service Support Partner. This warranty is the only warranty provided
with respect to the hardware, and Icebox LLC offers no other warranty terms.
ICEBOX ™ HARDWARE
The iCEBOX ™ FlipScreen is warranted by ICEBOX LLC for a period of
One (1) Year
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase* and is valid only on
products purchased and used in the UK & Ireland. To obtain warranty help,
you should initially contact ICEBOX CUSTOMER CARE. In the event that a
problem cannot be resolved via telephone support, a service technician will
be dispatched to effect a repair. Replacement parts and products will be cov-
ered by the remaining original warranty or for a period of ninety (90) days,
whichever is longer.
Warranty service can only be performed by an authorised service agent. The
original sales receipt must be presented, upon request, as proof of purchase
to the authorised service agent. ICEBOX
™ FlipScreen models will either be
repaired at your home or taken to the authorised service agent’s facility. If the
authorised service agent is unable to repair the product at your home he will
remove it and replace the product.
ICEBOX LLC will, at its option either repair or replace your product, if it is
found to be defective in the warranty period, at no charge with new or recon-
ditioned parts or products.
SOFTWARE
ICEBOX LLC’s obligations with respect to software products distributed by
ICEBOX LLC under the iCEBOX
™ brand name are set forth in the applicable
end user license agreement.
Non ICEBOX LLC hardware and software products are not covered by any ICE-
BOX LLC warranty.
This warranty solely covers product repair or replacement due to manufactur-
ing defects in materials and workmanship found in normal, non-commercial
use of this product. This warranty does not apply to other defects, damages,
or injury of any kind or nature including those caused by or contributed to by;
customer adjustments and failure to follow operating, cleaning, maintenance
and environmental instructions that are covered and prescribed in the
