tion problems and distortion related to noise, echo, interference or other sig-
nal transmission and delivery problems; fair wear and tear, wilful damage,
negligence or abnormal working conditions. ICEBOX LLC does not warrant
uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product.

Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by ICEBOX LLC’s negli-
gence or liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act
1987, ICEBOX LLC shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation
(unless fraudulent), or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty
of common law, or under the express terms of the contract for loss of profit or
for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, costs or expenses or
other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negli-
gence of ICEBOX LLC or it’s employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out
of or in connection with the supply of the product (including any delay in
supplying or any failure to supply the products in accordance with the con-
tract or at all)or their use by you and our entire liability shall not exceed the
price of the products except as expressly provided by this warranty.

When you are purchasing this product as a “consumer” as defined in UK statu-
tory regulations then your statutory rights as a Consumer are not affected by
this warranty.

*For iCEBOX Flipscreen models that are built into homes and provided to the
end user as part of the homebuilder’s offerings the warranty period begins
when the user/owner takes possession of the property. In all other cases the
date of purchase will be th invoice date.
