Make sure that the
VCR’s clock is set
correctly
Insert a cassette with
the safety tab in place
Turn on the TV and
select the Video channel
or the AV Mode
Set
SYSTEM
to the
appropriate mode.

Timer Programming
If you do not know the PlusCode number for the programme that you wish to
record, follow the instructions below to manually set your VCR to record.
Get to the Programme List
Press MENU. Select the icon

using the * and
Tbuttons and press OK.
Enter Programme Details
Select the open row then press OK again.
set programme
Press the number keys to enter the
programme required.
set date
Press the number keys to adjust the date.
To time-record daily (Monday–Friday) or weekly
serials, press * Tto select the date setting, then
press OK. Press * T, then press OK.
set start time
Press the number keys to enter the start time.
set stop time
Press the number keys to enter the stop time.
set tape speed
Press * Tto select the tape speed. You can change the tape
speed between Standard Play (SP), Long Play (LP) and Intelligent Play (IP) using
the ^ and & buttons. (
