Making a Copy
Copy a document to verify proper machine operation. You can copy single or multiple
page documents.
à For information on preparing a
document, see page 4.3.

Turn the page face down
and insert it into the
document feeder.

Adjust the document
guide to match the width
of the document.
à If you do not select contrast within
2 seconds, ÔAUTOÕ is selected and the
display returns to the date and time
screen.

Feed the document into
the machine.
The automatic document
feeder pulls in the page.
The display asks you to
choose the proper
contrast, if you need to.
