If you are making a phone
call, pick up the handset
when the other person
answers.
The display asks you to
enter the location
number.
The display shows the
name, then the number
stored in the selected
location.
The number will be
automatically dialed. You
hear the dialing process
through the speaker.
Dialing a Speed Number
à If there is no number stored,
ÔNO. NOT ASSIGNEDÕ appears.
To stop the dialing, press Stop .
à If a document is loaded in the
document tray, the document begins to
transmit when the remote fax machine
answers the phone.
If no answer, the display will indicate
ÔBUSY! RETRY?Õ.
To retry press
Start/Copy .
