Sunbeam shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages caused by the breach
of any express or implied warranty. Except to
the extent prohibited by applicable law, any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose is limited in duration to
the duration of the above warranty. Some
states, provinces or jurisdictions do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or con-
sequential damages or limitations on how long
an implied warranty lasts, so limita-
tions or exclusion may not apply to you. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights that vary from state
to state or province to province.
