Several settings can be stored in a

phone profile in order, for example,

to adapt the phone to the surround-

ing level of noise.
• Five standard profiles are provided

with default settings. They can be

changed however:

Normal

environment

,

Quiet environment

,

Noisy environment

,

Car Kit

,

Headset

• You can set two personal profiles

(

<Name>

).

• The special profile

Aircraft mode

is

fixed and cannot be changed.

Profile settings

Edit a default profile or create a new

personal profile:

Select profile.

Open menu and select

Change sett.

The list of available functions is dis-

played. When you have finished set-

ting a function, you return to the

profile menu where you can change

a further setting.

Car Kit

If an original Siemens Car Kit is used,

the profile is switched on automati-

cally when the phone is inserted into

the cradle (see accessories also).

Headset

The profile is only switched on auto-

matically if an original Siemens

headset is used (see accessories

also).

Aircraft mode

The acoustic signals and vibration

for the alarms (appointments, alarm

clock) are switched off. The alarms

continue to be shown in the display

only.

Confirm safety prompt

Normal mode
When you switch on your phone

again, the previously set profile will

be reactivated automatically.
