With some applications (e.g. Address

book) one or more entries in a list

can be selected to carry out a func-

tion jointly.

Activate marking mode.

To select an unmarked entry:

The current entry is

selected.

To deselect a marked entry:

Unmark the current entry.

HTTP

(Hypertext Transfer Protocol)
HTTP is the name given to the proto-

col that governs data transmission in

the Internet. Using HTTP connec-

tions you can download applications

and games (Games & More,

page 72) as well as polyphonic ring-

tones from the Internet. Configuring

an HTTP link using the HTTP profile

(page 74).

International dialing codes

Many international dialing codes are

stored in your phone. In standby

mode (

0

not necessary when dial-

ing from the Phonebook):

0

Hold down until a "+" is

displayed. This replaces

the first two digits of the

international dialing

code.

Press.

Select the required country. The in-

ternational dialing code is displayed.

Now add the national number

(in many countries without the first

digit) and press the Call key.

Mark All

Select all entries.

Unmark All

Deselect all marked

entries.
