x Tail light
AIBO’s tail light lights up blue to
indicate its robotic state of mind
(happiness, for example). It lights up
orange when something is bothering it.
Examples
When the light alternates between blue and orange, AIBO is registering its
name (page 46).
x Chest light
AIBO uses its chest light to indicate its physical
condition.
Active (moving): lighted up green
Getting ready (not moving): flashing green
Sleeping: slowly flashing green
Charging: lighted up orange
Charging irregularity: flashing orange
Inactive (stopped): off
AIBO is bored... AIBO sees something
that it wants. AIBO is searching for something
and is full of curiosity!
