Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties, use this troubleshooting
guide to remedy the problem. Should the problem persist, please contact the
AIBO Customer Link. (See page 3 for details on the AIBO Customer Support.)
Symptom Remedy
AIBO does not move
even when the pause
button is pressed. • The battery pack is not installed.
t Insert the battery pack (page 17). After inserting the
battery pack, press the pause button again to restart
AIBO.
• The battery power is low.
t Check the battery power level (see the “AIBO”
ERS-210 operating instructions). If necessary,
recharge the battery pack or insert a charged battery
pack.
• The temperature of the battery pack is abnormally high.
t Wait until the battery cools down.
